Returns and Replacements
Items may be returned for a full refund of the merchandise cost (not including shipping) or exchanged within 30 days of purchase for any reason.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns and exchanges. The RMA number must appear on all packages and paperwork related to this return. Requests for returns or exchanges must be received within 30 days of shipment of your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Replacement products will be shipped to the customer via Ground service.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org to request an RMA number. Please include the order number along with the reason for return in your e-mail message. When you have received your RMA number, please ship the item (including all original packaging and components), to:
